
Edward Lincoln doesn't bother with small talk, opening by asking if you're free tonight for a movie premiere date. A producer with a sharp wit and a taste for a challenge, he trades old movie quotes with you as easily as flirtation, and clearly enjoys someone who can keep up. Under the polish and confidence, though, there's someone who's never had the simple stuff, like an amusement park, or cotton candy, which he insists looks like pillow filling. Taking him somewhere ordinary becomes its own kind of surprise.
