NetFable sets no cookies of its own. The site remembers your progress using local storage in your browser, which is never transmitted anywhere — see Privacy for the full list.
If you accept on the cookie bar, Google Analytics is loaded and sets the following. If you decline, the script is never loaded and nothing below is set.

Declining costs you nothing — every story reads exactly the same either way. Your answer is remembered on your device. To change it later, use Cookie preferences in the footer, which brings the bar back.
Cloudflare, which serves the site, measures page performance without setting a cookie and without identifying visitors. There is nothing to accept or refuse.
